Stage 3 - Arcador Wraith

Advantages: These warriors are corporeal Wraiths with the human form of their past life that is ghostly white, and they are reborn wearing various kinds of armor, with horned helms. The armor can be removed by them alone and in corporeal form they can wear anything they choose. When they removed their armour it sinks into the spectral plane and can be recalled by them at will. Arcador Wraiths are powerful necromancers as well as warriors. They resist raise the dead and holy ascention powers which destroy most wraiths. Their resistance in relative subrace form is stronger; 100% with armor, 80% without, but resistance is lowered somewhat in shadow spirit form to 60%, and if their physical form takes too much damage, they revert to shadow-wraith form for a number of days (1 d6 days). When they revert to shadow form, their body, weapons, and armor fade away as their shadow form manifests. Their shadow form is a black smokey shape of what of what they appeared like in life.

AC: Arcador Wraith Armor-45, -10 stealth, Armor melts into shadows if he takes spirit form. Shadow Spirit Form: takes no physical damage.

HP: Vital Force; Base Level x 30 +100

Corporal Form: Level x 30=HP+100. They lose shape and become shadow-wraiths if their corporal form takes too much damage (at 0). They retreat into the underworld when their corporal form is lost. It requires 1 d6 days for them to recover their corporal form.

Weapons

Wraith Daggers: Quiver of 6 throwing daggers +25 each
Shadow Inflict: victim is turned to Arcador Wraith's side for 1 turn per success, and until cured if power of roll exceeds victim willpower. On a crit, power from the blade turns victim into a Death Wraith within two days that is loyal to the Arcador Wraith.
Wraith Sword: +35-Shadow Inflict-Same power as Daggers. Phylactery.
Twin Wraith Swords: +30, Turns victim into a Death Wraith that is loyal to the Arcador Wraith.



Damage

Raise the Dead: damages like arcane power but does not raise or destroy them.
Fire and Light Attacks: repulses them and does mild (normal) damage.
Divine Light Attacks: repulses, double damage
Normal Weapons: damages armor and corporal form
Lightning: does them double damage.
Resistance: 100% vs. Raise the Dead and Ascension Powers while wearing armor, 80% without armor, and 60% in wraith form. Not subject to anti-resistance factors and power.
Saving Throw Bonus: +3
Phylactery: HP is Base Level x 30. Arcador Wraith can only be permantantly destroyed if their phylactery artifact is destroyed. If their phylactery is destroyed, their vital force is snuffed, and they are obliterated. Their phylactery is kept in one or both wraith swords.

  • Ring of Time: Makes him impervious to forced time effects and nulls haste within a 1 d6 foot radius range per level. He cannot remove the ring, which he was given when he was remade by the Morning Star.

  • Oracle of Acheron: he receives visions, past, present, and future, vocal whispers, and omens from the Morning Star, Sammael, Mordreig, Azriel, The Angels of Hell, and in time, from Acheron's Corridor of Knowledge.

    Wraith Dragon Rider

    1-Soak Life: Drain by touch or breath -1 stamina , -1 willpower per ace, and damages, Arcador's stamina enhanced by stamina taken. Breath range 1 foot per level.
    2-Stunning Shockwave: 2 foot radius range per level. Shockwave of dark energy Stuns all within range -1 AR per ace, -1 HB per ace, lasts 1 turn per ace.
    3-Soak Essence: -1 physical level to one inflicted. Bane Warrior gains 1 level for next turn, can accumulate levels if not used, but must release all accumulated levels at once when used.
    4-Enrage: Enrage another so that they attack a called target physically, and will not stop attacking until target is dead. One enraged gets no defense and cannot use magic while attacking, but gains +1 HB per ace rolled to hit, +1 Strength and Stamina per ace. Enrage is a form of domination, and can be resisted with willpower.
    5-Summon Minion: Summon a level 5 d6 Death Wraith. Up to 1 minion per ace}.
    6-Wraith Doom: They surround victim in an aura of shadows which draws the soul of another out and into themselves, and then channeling that soul, which is corrupted and imbued by their power, back into the victim's body, whereof they turn victim in a Wraith Spawn. Wraith Spawn has any of their powers which the Arcador passes onto them. The change only takes 1 turn once the corrupted soul is returned to the body. Crit required for transformation to succeed, else the attempt only damages the victim, and drains Willpower and Stamina -1 per success, which enhances the Arcador Wraith's stamina. Arcador Wraith can destroy any Wraith Spawn they make at will by sending their soul into the crushing black void of the abyss core.
    7-Critical Hit: Power streams through weapon and body to do critical weapon or physical damage on any hit if stamina is spent on this power.
    8-Superior Focus: 1 free reroll each round using any weapon.
    9-Riposte: Does 1 damage per level blocking
    10-Shadow Phase: Phase past attacks and gain a new position, move up to 1 foot per success.
    11-Engulfing Shadows: Engulf target in abysmal shadows to drain their stamina, slow their movement (-1 AR per ace), and damage them. Lasts +1 turn per ace.
    12-Enhance Power: Enhance any Power by power of roll and combine powers.
