Common Traits
Physical:  Selective Diet-{Raw fruits and vegetables, lean meat, fish and seafood. Junk food makes him very lethargic so he never eats it}.  Taste for Blood-{Blood suppliments his diet, but it not a dietary requirement but a preference of choice}.  Tall and Lanky.   White hair, white skin, pink eyes, and nails.
Mental:  Innate Authoritarian.
Ethical:  Lawful, Responsible.

Inborn Traits 
1st Generation Avatar-{He is the first of his line and the progenitor of his race.}
Deluvian Siring:  Deluvians are a very rare race of Avatars and they sire by conception.  Arioch is the first and purest form of this ancient breed.  The males are fertile to any mammal, but if they produce offspring with an animal the result is a child that is part beast (see Bestial Breed below).  It is believed that Deluvians are the progenitors of some breeds of lycanthrope, but no one knows for sure.  They forbid bestiality, the act punishable by death.  The females are only fertile if they mate with a male Deluvian.  A Deluvian pure blood is far more powerful than one of mixed race.  Deluvians are albino.
Pure Breed:  Deluvians of pure blood are born Avatars, with all their trait powers, but their Arcane or Elemental paths of power must be bestowed to them by their father or mother.  Power is bestowed to offspring by offerings of blood.  Deluvian offspring of pure lines are albino.   They are very fair, pale in fact, and are a tall race between 5'11-6' (females) and 6'2-7' (males). }
Mixed Breed:  Deluvian Half-breeds are not Avatars but quasi-immortals with the appearance of their subrace with the Deluvian fair skin, some are born albino if they have albinism predominate in their genes.  They have low regeneration (9 with no bonuses), and only two trait powers.  They can learn any path of power their sire bestows them, but their magic is limited (to 12 spells in each path).  Mixed breeds are called Deluvian+Subrace; Deluvian Human, Deluvian Vampire, Deluvian Demon, Deluvian Lycanthrope, etc.
Bestial Breed:  Siring this breed is highly unlawful and punishable by death.  The offspring are not punished for the sire's mistake however.  They are born as animals, but as time progresses they begin to metamorphose into a Deluvian form, becoming part beast, part Deluvian in appearance before they change into Deluvian form completely.  This change can take days, weeks, or even months to complete itself.  Without proper care, it can be very traumatic to the cub.  As the cub matures, they learn to control this change, and by adulthood, they can shift at will and do so swiftly.  Predatory beast kin crave fresh meat, and if they prey on a human and do not kill them, their prey may becomes a Bestial Breed itself, owed to a virus which developed in this breed.  The virus is contagious to humans, and some quasi-immortal people alone by bite and lapping which spreads the virus through their saliva.  A simple bite will not contaminate the prey's blood.  Over time they learned that they could make others like themselves, either by conception or feeding, and as outcasts of other races, they did so to create a breed of their own to relate to and form relationships with.  The rare, few, first generation Bestial Breed were bestowed power by their sires, but as they became their own breed as Beast Kin, they evolved to learn their own powers through their close connection to nature and animals.  The Bestial Breed are quasi-immortal, and have low regeneration (9 with no bonuses), and have 2 Deluvian Traits, their animal traits, and whatever powers their sire bestowed them.  The Beast Kin are quasi-immortal, and have decent regeneration (9, +1 per 100 years lived, up to 39), and evolved to have high fortitude (+20, +Age bonus, see check page) and traits of their own (see Lycanthrope page).
Deluvian Progeny:  The last breed which can come out of Deluvians are progeny.  Progeny are made by the Deluvian bestowing their power and specific traits by blood to a chosen subject.  Progeny have Limited Magic (12 spells in each path), can only drink three paths of power, attain quasi-immortality through their sire's blood, inherit low regeneration (5 with no bonuses), and 1 Trait Power.
Bestowing Power:  Deluvian offspring must consume ten gallons of their mother or father's blood over time to gain the ability to command one path of power.  This blood sharing also bonds the offspring very closely to their parent/s.  Some Deluvians develope a taste for blood owed to this, and become blood drinkers, although blood alone cannot sustain them without compromising their health.  They are not vampires, it is simply a preferance or even a habit for some of them.  Deluvians can be bestowed power through the blood of other Deluvians as well, and Progeny can be created through these same methods of bestowing power with their blood.
Immunities:  Immune to disease.  Immune to Death by Fire and Ice elements.
Healthy Environment:  Deluvians require clean living to stay healthy.  If they do not eat healthy, natural foods, fruits and vegetables raw, lean meat, or if they breathe or ingest too many toxins, or if they smoke and drink booze, they grow lethargic and tired.  (-1 stamina. -10-HP per +5-Toxin Levels).  This makes their physical forms susceptable to poisons (+10 damage per ace-poisons).  Arioch makes a habit of purifying his food and water because of this before he eats and drinks.  He also keeps the air inside the Cathedral purified, and limits his time outside of the Cathedral, else he shields himself from pollution.

Deluvian Inborn Trait Powers
Astral Planes Traveler:  Ability to travel anywhere in the Universe through astral gates.
Immortal Temple: Regeneration-10, +1 per 500 years lived, up to 50.  Delay Regeneration.  Health Bonus+100, +50 all other generations.  Improved Strength+10.  Improved Stamina+20.  Improved Movement+3.  Keen Vision+5.
Astral Projection:  Caster projects themself across the astral field to appear in a called location anywhere in the universe, so that they are in two places at once.
Astral Form:  Ability to shift into an astral form and back into physical form.  This form is ethereal and shadowy and looks like black smoke in the shape of their physical form.
Blood Kin:   Deluvians can shapeshift into animals, people, and creatures they have consumed the blood of.  They have to drink enough blood to make the subject woozy.  This allows them to fuse their form with the physical spirit of those they took the blood of.  Again, this may make them resemble vampires, but they are not vampires, for blood is not a dietary requirement for them.  Drinking it, for whatever reason or gains, is a choice.
Haste:  Various forms of haste, including time and quantum haste.  +1-mvm per success+Haste level.
Antediluvian Presence:  Project emotions and the will to affect the emotions and the will of others as called.  Power vs. Willpower.
Telepathy: Project and receive thoughts as though spoken or heard.  Thoughts can be projected at any distance with experience, but telepathic must be in visual range of someone to pick up on thoughts not projected their way.
Kindred Fate:  Deluvians all share the same way of death.  If their physical form is slain, their Astral form remains, which is an ethereal, shadowy likeness of their physical form.  If their Astral form too is destroyed, then they die.  Deluvians can self-resurrect their physical forms if their Astral Form remains, within a few days (1 d6 day/s).  This makes them very difficult to kill.  Their Astral form must be resurrected before their physical form, however, which makes them difficult to raise if they die.  Few but Gods, other Deluvians, and some other Avatars know how to resurrect an Astral being.
Master of the Mind:
{1}1-3-Influence Thoughts. 
{2}4-6-Mental Manipulation.
{3}7-9- Memory Alteration - The more powerful avatar is, the more they can alter. 
{4}10-12-Memory Erasure - The more powerful the avatar is, the more they can erase.
{5}13-15-Implant Memories - Avatar implants memory recall that is vivid as if truly lived. 
{6}16-18-Mind Walk - Avatar can 'walk' into the mind of another to see their thoughts and secrets. 
{7}19-21-Dream Walk - Avatar can make themself appear in another's dreams lucidly and influence subject through their dreams. 
{8}22-24-Command Mind - Used with mind walk, avatar can control the thoughts of another.
{9}25-27-Command Dreams - Used with dream walk, avatar can control the dreams themselves and convert dreams into an alter-reality where victim is subject to whatever happens in their dreams.
{10}28-30-Master of the Mind - Formulate mental and illusory commands.
{11}31-35-Improved Power - Apply powers at these levels as gained.
{12}36-40-Improved Power - Apply powers at these levels as gained.
