The priest sent him to the leader of his temple’s order who mentored him in the weapons and types of injuries which could do harm to demons, disable them, and taught him the arcanum of destroying the souls of demons by raising them into the light of Haman, or by casting them into Oblivion.  Cirgoth had an innate talent with weapons the priest found suspicious, certain that Cirgoth was some kind of avenging champion sent by Yajmha.  Cirgoth trained for but two years then left the temple behind on what was a quest he dedicated himself to as a life long hunt.  He pledged himself to hunt demons until he died or was too old to bear arms anymore.  He doubted he would live that long.  Hunting demons was not exactly a safe occupation.  In the six years he had hunted demons he had been possessed, nearly killed half a dozen times, and led down several paths of complete illusion.  He had many scars to prove how hard the life he had chosen for himself was, but those scars could not hold a candle to those his father had left on his soul.

Cirgoth traveled with one companion; a Lombra, taken off of a demon goblin he had killed.  He was always well armed and carried extra weapons in a roll up cylinder of thick leather which was strapped to the back of his saddle.  It was protected from thieves by lore scribed into the leather.
